Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.
During launch periods, high-demand drops, or holiday seasons, processing may extend to 5 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is affected.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to your country's customs duties, import taxes, and fees — these are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and your building's mail area. Carrier GPS can sometimes be off by a few houses.
If your order is genuinely lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We will reship or refund — your choice. We do not make you fight for this.
Address Errors & Order Changes
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. After that window, your order is in process and we cannot make changes.
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll do everything possible to intercept it. If the carrier delivers to the wrong address due to customer-entered information, GOALS by Splurjj is not responsible for the cost of reshipping.
