Shipping Policy

We ship every order with the same intention we put into every product — deliberately, carefully, and with purpose. Here's exactly what to expect.

GOALS by Splurjj is built on one idea: structure produces results. That starts with us. Every order is handled with care, shipped promptly, and tracked from our hands to yours. If something goes wrong, we make it right — no runaround, no fine print.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays begin processing the next business day.

During launch periods, high-demand drops, or holiday seasons, processing may extend to 5 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is affected.

Heads up: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The exact cost is displayed before you confirm payment.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders are subject to your country's customs duties, import taxes, and fees — these are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs & Duties: GOALS by Splurjj is not responsible for customs delays or import fees charged by your country's government. We mark all packages with accurate declared values and do not falsify customs declarations.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Keep this — it has your order number.

Our team picks, packs, and quality-checks your order within 1–3 business days.

Shipped — Tracking Sent

Your tracking number is emailed the moment the carrier scans your package. Follow it live.

Delivered

Your order arrives. Unbox it, use it, wear it. Let it remind you what you're building.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and your building's mail area. Carrier GPS can sometimes be off by a few houses.

If your order is genuinely lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We will reship or refund — your choice. We do not make you fight for this.

Stolen packages: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we are not liable for theft. However, we understand things happen. Reach out — we'll do what we can.

Address Errors & Order Changes

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered fulfillment. After that window, your order is in process and we cannot make changes.

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll do everything possible to intercept it. If the carrier delivers to the wrong address due to customer-entered information, GOALS by Splurjj is not responsible for the cost of reshipping.
